Good Morning,

The devotion for today comes from Numbers 6:22-27 "And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them."  

As you go through this day, meditate on this thought.  Keep the thought of how blessed you are because God has put His Name upon you. When He blesses us, He keeps us. When we are kept by Him, it is not the same as being kept by someone else. Being kept by Him ensures us that all of our needs are indeed met, according to His riches in glory and the faith that we have in Him to keep us.

Meditate on the thought of having God to shine His face and His countenance upon you. The very thought of this should brighten you and the prospect of whatever may come in this day and you should feel the light of His presence in your life. The peace of God should be your comfort as you take this Word to heart.  Remember that His Name, Jesus, makes the difference.
